‘Aapka Vidhayak Aapke Dwar’ Brings Swift Relief to Sarojini Nagar Residents: Dr Rajeshwar Singh

Lucknow: The 165th edition of the public outreach initiative “Aapka Vidhayak Aapke Dwar” was successfully held in Aurangabad Khalsa, Bijnor area of Sarojini Nagar constituency, under the leadership of MLA Dr Rajeshwar Singh. The program focused on ensuring prompt resolution of public grievances while strengthening healthcare access and youth engagement.

A large number of residents participated in the event, submitting a total of 18 applications related to civic and welfare issues, including roads and drainage, police matters, park beautification, disability certificates, financial assistance, hand pumps, municipal services, Ayushman cards, bicycles, street lighting, and sanitation. Notably, four complaints were resolved on the spot, providing immediate relief to citizens.

Under welfare initiatives, Ayushman health cards were issued to three beneficiaries—Shankar, Narayan, and Kalavati—enabling access to healthcare benefits. In a significant health outreach effort, 53 elderly residents underwent eye check-ups, with 30 individuals receiving free spectacles.

The event also celebrated academic excellence, as four meritorious students were honoured with bicycles, watches, and certificates. Among them were Anjali Shukla (77.33%), Abhishek Sahu (83.3%), Dev Verma (70.4%), and Sandhya Rawat (78.4%).

Further strengthening youth participation, the 115th Girls Youth Club and 179th Boys Youth Club were formed during the program. Several local representatives and community members were present, making the initiative a comprehensive effort towards responsive governance, social welfare, and grassroots development.
